How long until my order ships?
- Ready to ship items will ship out in within 3-5 business days from date of purchase.
- Custom jewelry and accessories items will ship out within 10-14 business days from date of purchase.
- Headpieces: will ship out within 3-4 weeks from date of purchase.
I purchased a "Ready to Ship" item. How long before it ships?
Ready to ship items will ship out within 3-5 business days from date of purchase (this does not include shipping time). Should your order contain both ready to ship and made to order items, the whole order will ship when all items are completed. Please note: try to place your order sooner rather then later as our turnaround times can fluctuate.
How can I track my package?
Once the turnaround time has passed, you will receive an email from PayPal or Stamps.com with your tracking number. This will be sent to the email address entered when entering payment information. Please visit usps.com and use the tracking number provided to track your package.
When should I order my piece(s)?
We recommend placing your order sooner rather then later as our turnaround times can fluctuate. We also recommend you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure you'll receive your order by the necessary date. Most of our items are carefully handmade to order with great attention to detail. This can take some time. When possible, we encourage you to place your order at least 2-3 months in advance prior to your deadline. If you are an international customer (anything outside the U.S.), purchase at least 3 months prior to the date the item(s) will be needed. Also, if your order is time sensitive, please put the date you would need your order to arrive in the comments box at checkout. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by your requested date unless you contact us prior to purchase, but we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
Lost Packages and Shipping issues?
Shipping insurance is available upon request. We will not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Please be sure to list a secure shipping address.
Do you accept custom order requests?
Yes! We love custom orders on selected jewelry and mens accessories.
Do you offer returns on head pieces, jewelry and accessories?
Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to your purchase. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping), please email us: email@example.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Help! Can I have something rushed?
We're happy to accommodate you whenever we can, including a rush order. Please note that not all items can be rushed. A $25.00 rush fee per order will be added for jewelry, $50.00 for hair adornments and $25.00 for cufflinks. All rush orders will be sent out within 2-3 business days from when the order is placed. The rush fee does not include express shipping although if overnight or express shipping is needed please contact us for details. All rush fees are non refundable. We encourage you to message us BEFORE placing your order to confirm that rush service is available for the item and time requested. Clients must have written confirmation for rushed orders to be guaranteed) please contact us directly by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
We require a signature for one-of-a-kind pieces or items over $200.00. Please message us if you have a special request.
If my item is custom, can I return it?
Not at this time. All custom items are final sale.
Do you take phone orders?
We do not take phone orders.
Can I exchange items in your store?
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 business days of receipt. Custom items do not apply.
How do I know if something is in stock?
We are small studio but do our best to keep items in-stock online. If an item sells out before it shows online we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please email us at email@example.com.
What about sizing?
Please carefully review the measurements associated with the item for any sizing concerns. In some cases, items can be adjusted. Please email us if you have any special requests or questions about sizing.
