→ SHIPPING & TRACKING QUERIES
United States - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us - info@whitetrufflestudio.com - with your name, contact number and invoice number.
International - Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel. International orders can not be guaranteed a shipping delivery date or tracked unless alternative shipping arrangements have been made between client and White Truffle.
→ RUSH ORDERS
$15.00 per order for jewelry and $30.00 for hair adornments. All rush orders will be sent out within 5-7 business days from when the order is placed. This rush fee does not include express shipping although if overnight or express shipping is needed please contact us for details. All rush fees are non refundable as well. (please message us BEFORE placing your order to confirm that rush service is available for time requested- Clients must have written confirmation for rushed orders to be guaranteed) please contact us directly by email info@whitetrufflestudio.com
→ RETURNS - REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We know online shopping can be a bit tricky, and if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days from when it is delivered. Shipping charges/rush fee charges will not be refundable though and you will be responsible for all shipping charges and custom charges. All returned items must be unworn and in the condition they were sent out, they also must be post marked within 14 days. Any item damaged in the mail will be replaced as well. Before returning an item please contact us and include your invoice in the box, otherwise we will not be able to process your return. All custom items are final sale.
