SHIPPING, PRODUCTION TURNAROUND, RUSH ORDERS

Production Turnaround Time

Please allow 7-12 business days for production plus delivery time.


Custom Orders

All custom orders will receive a photo prior to us completing production. Confirmation is required before we can begin the production process.


Shipping

All U.S. orders will be shipped via usps first class mail (3-5 business day delivery) with tracking/confirmation once sent out (see "Current turn around time" above).


All international orders will be shipped with usps first class mail (depending on customs can take 2-4 weeks from time shipped out) and will not include tracking or confirmation. All international orders can not be guaranteed a shipping delivery date unless other other shipping arrangements have been made between client and White Truffle.


If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know ahead time and we can do this for an additional cost. White Truffle cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after we ship items, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location.

 

Rush orders

All rush order will be sent out within one week from when the order is placed and does cost an extra $10.00 per order for jewelry and $30.00 for hair adornments. This rush fee does not include express shipping although if overnight or express shipping is needed please contact us for details. All rush fees are non refundable as well. (please message us before placing your order to confirm that rush service is available for time requested- Clients must have written confirmation for rushed orders to be guaranteed)

 

Return policy

We know online shopping can be a bit tricky, and if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days from when it is delivered. Shipping charges/rush fee charges will not be refundable though and you will be responsible for all shipping charges and custom charges. All returned items must be unworn and in the condition they were sent out, they also must be post marked within 14 days. Any item damaged in the mail will be replaced as well. All returns will be charged a mandatory 10% restocking fee. Before returning an item please contact us and include your invoice in the box, otherwise we will not be able to process your return. All custom items are final sale.
